San Luis went on the road and swept Gila Ridge 25-21, 25-18, 25-20 Monday night.

"San Luis is San Luis, they get everything back," Gila Ridge coach Jack Sohnleitner said. "It's tough to put anything down on them because they make some spectacular saves. You have to love the way they hustle."

It was the beginning of a long week for the Hawks, who will play four matches in four days - including a trip to Phoenix today to play Avondale-La Joya - and take their AIMS tests in school.

"For some reason we were totally unfocused tonight from the moment we walked in the gym, and it's my job to make sure that doesn't happen, so you have to blame that on the coach," Sohnleitner said.
