Warriors win on senior night

San Pasqual honored its seniors on the girls basketball team and they repaid the school and their fans with a 55-47 victory over Orme on Saturday.

Janyse Collins-Solorio led all scorers with 27 points and San Pasqual (9-9 AIA, 4-3 1A West Region) teammate Gina Montague finished with 16 points.

"We started all seniors tonight, seven total, and tried to keep them in the rotation for as long as possible," Warriors coach Particia Malvido said.
