Yuma tops Kofa in long match

No. 1 singles Mitch Harmon and Ryan Thornburg locked horns in a three-set tiebreak won by Yuma's Harmon 3-6, 7-6 (7-4), 12-9, although the day's other matches were all straight sets.
Alex Hazen topped Tyler Franklin 6-2, 6-3 and the No. 1 doubles team of Thornburg and Hazen topped Harmon and Franklin Sahloff 8-2 for Kofa's two wins.
Jordan White won against Lucky Castaneda at No. 3 6-1, 7-5; Sahloff bested Greg Hazen 6-3, 6-3 at No. 4; Aaron Neidiffer defeated J.D. Ebiarad 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5 and Kitaro Jashimoto beat Dean Vedder 6-2, 6-1 at No. 6 for Yuma's singles wins.
Franklin and White beat Castaneda and Vedder 8-3 at No. 2, while Neidiffer and Jashimoto defeated Greg Hazen and Ebiarad 8-3 at No. 3.
