Last week: San Luis lost 61-0 to Yuma High. Cibola defeated Lake Havasu 35-14.

Records: Sidewinders (0-8 overall, 0-3 region); Raiders (4-4, 3-0)

Players to watch: QB David Contreras looks to recover after a rough game last week for the Sidewinders. ... Raiders

RB Roy Thompson has 1,253 rushing yards this year, tops in the region. He's averaged 242.6 yards per game in region play.

San Luis coach Fernando Solano's comments: Solano did not return messages left by the Sun.

Cibola coach Lucky Arvizo's comments: "We're trying to continue to improve each week by working on the mistakes of the prior week. We're focused on execution in all aspects of the game - offense, defense and special teams."

The lowdown: With a win, the Raiders can clinch both the region and city championship and lock up a playoff berth. ... After scoring just 20 points during a four-game losing streak heading into region play, the Raiders are averaging 40.3 points per game in their current three-game winning streak.
