Yuma High's Magaly Gallegos earned the Gila Valley Region's Most Valuable Player, as voted on by the the region's coaches. And Crims' coach Manny Garcia was named Coach of the Year.

In addition to Gallegos, the all-region first team is made up of Yuma's Margerie Smith and Danielle Pelroy. Megan McKenna is a first-team selection from Kofa, and so were Marianna Curtis and Katy Davidson from Cibola.
